Improv skills are a superpower in the workplace.
We use improv to help individuals and organizations elevate their collaboration, innovation, and speaking skills.
And we have fun doing it.
Relearn how to play to perform at your full potential.
-
Remember how easy it was to play as a kid?
In improv, we learn how to accept without judgment, how to accept each other, how to imagine, and how to take risks. We learn how to instinctively say yes to our partners and to ourselves, and to explore without fear of failure.
And, imagine what you could do if you weren't afraid of failure? Endless possibilities.
That's what improv can do.
-
Once we learn how to accept without judgment, we then get the opportunity to be accepted.
This is where you learn your unique point-of-view, your voice: what do you have to add? This is your performance.
Improv naturally teaches us to be comfortable with performing. It teaches us how to be seen. It gives us the skills to make bold decisions, share our voice with confidence and become the person that inspires and leads others.
Hi, I’m Bryce Seto.
I’m a former shy kid who struggled to speak in front of people.
Now I’m an award-winning sales director and who leads presentations to Fortune 500’s. I’ve held positions like senior sales director and Chief Revenue Officer. I’ve starred in movies and television series. I’ve led keynote presentations.
And I owe it to learning improv early in my career.
With an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and as a graduate of The Second City, I operate in the middle of the Venn diagram between business acumen and improv. I’m on a mission to help others succeed in business by using improv skills to react, adapt, and communicate in the workplace.
My students are leaders, aspiring leaders, business executives, physicians, teachers, lawyers, and anyone who wants to become a more dynamic speaker, collaborate more effectively, lead with more empathy, and foster creativity.
I teach in-person classes in Toronto, virtual sessions on Zoom, and corporate workshops worldwide.
